Fajardo

I’m Jacob Harris, and I’m excited to share my 4-day sailing adventure through some of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean. We begin in Fajardo, Puerto Rico, where I’ll take you aboard my yacht and set sail towards Culebra. This island is home to the stunning Flamenco Beach, where you can relax and soak up the sun.Arriving in Fajardo, Puerto Rico, I boarded my yacht at Puerto del Rey Marina, the perfect starting point for this adventure. After a 1.5-2 hour sail, I reached Culebra Island, known for Flamenco Beach, one of the world’s top beaches. I anchored in Dewey and enjoyed the peaceful vibe of the town. A delicious Puerto Rican dinner followed to kick off the journey.

Culebra to Vieques Island

After soaking in Culebra’s beauty, I set sail for Vieques, about a 2-hour sail away. The highlight here was visiting Mosquito Bay, one of the brightest bioluminescent bays in the world. A boat tour to see the glowing waters was an unforgettable experience. I spent the night at Isabel Segunda, where I enjoyed some local cuisine and relaxed.

Vieques to Saint Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands

Puerto Rico

Next, I sailed towards Saint Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, a 3-hour journey. The island is famous for its shopping and beaches, so I spent some time exploring Charlotte Amalie, the capital. I visited Fort Christian and the 99 Steps, then unwound at Magens Bay before enjoying a meal at one of the waterfront restaurants.

Saint Thomas to Tortola, British Virgin Islands

The final leg of the trip took me to Tortola, British Virgin Islands, after a 3-4 hour sail. Tortola offers amazing beaches like Smuggler's Cove and Cane Garden Bay, perfect for a day of relaxation. I hiked to Mount Sage National Park for stunning views and ended my adventure with a sunset dinner on Tortola’s beaches.For More Info:- https://sailcaribe.com/
