Regional capitol and home to Chartreuse and museum. You can visit the mujseum/distillery, worthwhile. only placen where it can be bought, supply is now limited by the Monks.

High in the Alps, medievel monastry, still occupied and run by monks who are the only official people who create Chartreuse and hold the secret historic receipe. You can visit by prior booking, very interesting and worthwhile.
