The Spiral is Drammen's most attractive tourist attraction. It is a spiral-shaped tunnel that takes you up through the mountain to Spiraltoppen. It was built between 1953 and 1961. When you reach the top, there is a beautiful view of Drammen. After an upgrade, the tunnel has a light show on each floor, to mark that you are closer to the top.
