After landing in Nairobi, I was greeted by my guide and whisked away to the Maasai Mara, one of Kenya's most famous safari destinations. The drive itself was beautiful, offering glimpses of the countryside and local villages. Upon arrival at the luxury lodge, I was treated to a warm welcome with a delicious meal and a panoramic view of the savannah. In the evening, I had the chance to relax by the firepit and enjoy the sounds of nature as the sun set.

The next day, I woke up early to catch the sunrise and embarked on my first game drive through the Maasai Mara. I was lucky enough to see the Big Five—lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and rhinos—along with countless other animals, including cheetahs, zebras, and giraffes. The guide was fantastic, sharing fascinating facts about the ecosystem and the wildlife we encountered. The Mara’s vast, open landscapes were beyond anything I had ever imagined.
Kenya
On Day 3, I said goodbye to Maasai Mara and journeyed to Lake Nakuru, a beautiful, picturesque lake famous for its flamingo population. On the way, I passed through rolling hills and small villages, getting a true sense of rural Kenya. At Lake Nakuru, I enjoyed a peaceful game drive around the lake, spotting numerous flamingos, pelicans, and other bird species. The lake is also home to rhinos and giraffes, which I was lucky to see up close.
Kenya
On the fourth day, I traveled to Amboseli National Park, known for its stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro in the background. The park is famous for its large herds of elephants, and I got to witness these majestic animals in their natural habitat. As I watched the elephants graze against the backdrop of the mountain, I realized this was one of those moments I would never forget. The evening was spent relaxing at the lodge, with a fantastic dinner and views of the park’s open plains.
Kenya
On the final day, I had one last early morning game drive through Amboseli. I made sure to capture the beauty of the elephants and the mountain one last time before heading back to Nairobi. The drive back was scenic, and it gave me a moment to reflect on the incredible wildlife and landscapes I had witnessed. After arriving in Nairobi, I was transferred to the airport for my flight home, already planning my next safari adventure. For More Info:- https://savannahwanderlustexpeditions.com/safari/5-days-big-5-relaxed-private-wildlife-safari/
